Madake Jissengata Shinai, with a lager Do, which brings the balance of the Shinai closer to the hands.

The Tsuka is Koban Hakkaku (Oval and Octogonal), which is as the same time confortable and makes the correct positionement of the hands easier.

It is a genuine product made by craftsmen who adheres to the "SSP seal" certified by The All Japan Budogu Association, conforms to the standard regulations.

One of the best shinais I have ever used.

It is a Dobari shinai that gives an impression of extreme lightness without feeling fragile. The finish and the grip in the hands are far superior to other models I have used. I will certainly purchase more.

Converted half my dojo to this shinai!

If you're looking for a well balanced koban shinai (wasn't sure about the hakkaku at first, but I don't get anything else now), I haven't found a better value than this pack. Actually bought 6 packs for me and other kenshis from my dojo. Pretty low price really for such great quality too. The grip is quite thick, it is indeed dobari.
