Returns Policy
Do you need to return something? No problem!
Before returning any items, it’s important to contact us first to discuss the reason for the return and agree on the appropriate course of action.
General Return Guidelines
- You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, as long as it is in new, unused, and unwashed condition, including all tags and original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., made-to-order Bogu or items with embroidery/engraving) are non-returnable.
- If we approve a refund, we will refund the purchase price, including sale items. However, if the return is due to a mistake on your side, we will deduct the shipping fee we paid to send the item.
- Defective Items: Please provide photographs of the defect and email them to us along with your inquiry.
Conditions for Returning Items
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
- Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Ensure they are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Use a postal service that insures the value of the items or provides proof of posting, as we are not responsible for any items that are returned by mistake or damaged in transit.
- All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you’ve received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately at alljapanbudoguworld@gmail.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including covering the return shipping costs and arranging for a replacement if necessary.
Fit Issues
- If an item doesn’t fit, you can return it as long as it is in new, unused, and unwashed condition.
- If you provided accurate measurements and we sent the wrong size, we will cover the cost of adjustments, the replacement item, and return shipping.
- If incorrect measurements were supplied, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Important Notes on Sizing:
- New Bogu may initially feel too small, as they are designed to stretch with use.
- Cotton uniforms often shrink after washing, so they may seem large initially but will fit correctly after a few washes.
- If you are uncertain about sizing, contact us for guidance before returning any items.
Dislike or Change of Mind
If an item isn’t how you imagined it or you simply don’t like it, you can return it for a refund, provided it is in new, unused, and unwashed condition.
- Refunds will cover the purchase price minus original delivery costs (the shipping fee we incurred to send the item to you).
- You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
