Delivery and Shipping

Has my order shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email from our shipping team as soon as your order is dispatched. Most parcels will arrive within 7-10 working days from the shipping date.

  • A tracking number will be included in the confirmation email, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s delivery progress via the courier’s website.
  • To provide the best delivery experience, we may share your contact details with our courier partners, enabling them to send you detailed delivery updates.

Please check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the confirmation email before contacting us about your order.


How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, it may be possible to alter or cancel it. Please contact us at alljapanbudoguworld@gmail.com as soon as possible to discuss your options.


How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number in the confirmation email. Use this number on the courier’s website to track your shipment in real-time.


My order hasn’t arrived yet...

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of shipment, we’ll do everything we can to help. Before contacting us:

  1. Check your account details: Ensure the delivery address and contact information are correct.
  2. Look for notifications: Check for text messages, emails, or attempted delivery cards from the courier. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
  3. Ask your neighbors: See if the parcel has been accepted on your behalf.
  4. Inspect safe areas: Check for places where the driver may have left the parcel, such as behind bins, in a porch, shed, or garage.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, email us at alljapanbudoguworld@gmail.com with your order number, and we will assist you in locating your shipment. If the parcel cannot be found, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.


An item is missing from my shipment.

If an item is missing from your shipment:

  1. Check your emails: Items may be sent in separate parcels. Each delivery note will list the items included in that specific parcel.
  2. Verify delivery notes: Compare the delivery notes from all received parcels to ensure you’re not missing anything.

If an item is still missing, contact us at alljapanbudoguworld@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the missing item. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Will I be charged customs and import fees?

Customs or import duties may apply once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges, including any clearance fees imposed by the carrier, are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs policies and import duties vary by country. Contact your local customs office for accurate information before placing an order.
  • If you refuse delivery, the parcel may be returned to us. In this case, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost to your country and the return shipping cost to Japan.

How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping fees depend on the destination and the items ordered. The exact shipping cost will be calculated in your cart before checkout, ensuring transparency and convenience.
