This CHO HAKAMA - #6000 COTTON fabric is specially crafted for Shiai (comptetition) by Bushu Kanabashi, with high-quality fabric that resists shape loss. It is dyed with traditional indigo and features a patented taper string method for improved stiffness and ease of tying. This custom-made item takes up to one month to create and is worth the wait. We have partnered with Bushu Kojima Dyeing and Weaving factory, established in the 5th year of Meiji, to craft a lightweight cotton hakama with carefully sewn-in machine pleats. It has been designed for examination and is sure to impress. We strive to preserve over 140 years of culture while creating a new tradition for the future. Our passion for indigo, dyeing, and weaving is unparalleled, and our craftsmanship is incomparable.

*Caution: Be aware that the numbers in the size chart are regular measurements, but there may be slight stitching errors. The fabric might expand and contract a bit. If using a washing machine, use a laundry net to avoid damage. We can't accept returns or exchanges if the product has been washed or used for more than just trying it on. Please note that the product photos may differ slightly from the actual item.
