 Outlet products do not qualify for warranty (we won't fix it nor change it for another item in case of discomfort), and are not shipping free.

Outlet products are, generally speaking, items that had been returned to the warehouse due to order cancellation or manufacturing errors, or sometimes these are just old models or version, so even if they have no use (new) the items may have been stored for quite a while, thus color and quality may have dropped down, which is the reason the price is cheaper than new products.

Please take into consideration the above explanation before acquiring an outlet product.

※If you have size problems or just want to return the purchased outlet item, we are afraid that a full refund will not be possible. Shipping fee for returning it to us will be your responsibility, and only half of the total price will be refunded to you after receiving the item back.
